WINE DESCRIPTION
Warwick Trilogy is a bordeaux blend. The grapes are carefully sorted before being transferred to stainless steel fermenters
for a cold soak. The juice was then warmed up and fermentation follows with the focus on heavy extraction of colour and tannin. The wine was moved to French oak barrels for maturation for about 2 years before being bottled.

The Warwick Trilogy has aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and plum are complemented by subtle notes of leather, tobacco, and warm spices.The palate is balanced, with a fine-grained, polished tannin structure, a burst of acidity. The myriad of dark fruit flavors are complemented by sweet spices linger on the long finish.
