WINE DESCRIPTION
"Tâm" is a Vietnamese word meaning "passion," depicted by the Chinese ideogram on its label. This Bolgheri Superiore DOC is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The vines are trained using the spurred cordon system and thrive in mainly clayey-sandy soils. Fermentation occurs entirely in steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is refined for 24 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, and then aged for another 24 months in the bottle. The result is a passionate and meticulously crafted wine, reflecting the dedication behind its creation.
