WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Jadot Rully Blanc is a white wine produced by the renowned Louis Jadot in the Rully appellation of Burgundy. The vineyards are located in the Côte Chalonnaise, where the soil is rich in limestone and clay. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes, which are handpicked and carefully sorted before being fermented in oak barrels, a small proportion of which are new, to create a rounder texture and add notes of sweet spice. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for around 15 months in oak barrels before it is bottled ready for release.
