Willm Cremant d'Alsace Blanc de Noirs Brut is produced in the Alsace region in north east France. Made from Pinot Noir, this Blanc de Noirs is produced from grapes that are
harvested early to retain freshness and a delicate flavor profile. Produced according to the methode traditionnelle, Alsace Crémants fermented in inert vessel then transferred to bottle for a second fermentation to capture carbon dioxide. After a minimum of 12 months of aging on lees, the wines are disgorged to remove the dead yeast to create a clear, sediment free sparkling wine.
