This Pinot Gris is produced by Babich Wines, a renowned winery in Auckland, New Zealand.
Harvested from vineyards in the Waihopai, Wairau, and Awatere Valleys, this medium-bodied Pinot Gris underwent skin contact before pressing and spent several hours stirring prior to clarification. Fermented in both tank and barrel, it bursts with pear and peach aromas, along with lychee and a hint of brioche.
