WINE DESCRIPTION
Fontanafredda già Langhe Rosso DOC is a traditional red wine from Piemonte, produced by Fontanafredda. This blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, and Nebbiolo grapes is cultivated on the marly, sandy, and calcareous soils of the Langa hills. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks over 7-10 days at 24-25°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages briefly in stainless steel before being bottled in late November and released on December. This sulfite-free Langhe Rosso DOC offers a pure and authentic taste of the region.
