WINE DESCRIPTION
Seguin-Manuel Vieilles Vignes Nuits-Saint-Georges is crafted from 30-year-old vines in the clay-limestone terroir of Premeaux-Prissey, located in the southern part of the appellation. The grapes are manually harvested and meticulously sorted before undergoing a 16-day fermentation in stainless steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels, with 25% being new. This careful winemaking process results in a wine that beautifully reflects its origins, showcasing the complexity and depth characteristic of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
