WINE DESCRIPTION
Roco Gravel Road Pinot Noir made from handpicked fruit. The chilled bunches are de-stalked and the berries soak for over a week before beginning fermentation. The wine ferments at warm temperatures to increase extraction of tannins to create a richer style of Pinot Noir. The wine is then sent to barrel for malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and is then aged in barrel for around a year and half before bottling.

This Roco Gravel Road Pinot Noir is a delightfully complex and nuanced wine.On the nose, there are distinct aromas of raspberry, red cherry, and earthy undertones. On the palate, the wine exhibits a silky texture with flavors of cherry, blackberry and baking spice. The finish is fruit-driven with hints of toasted oak.
