Forefathers Sauvignon Blanc, crafted from the 19-acre Wax Eye Vineyard on Hawksbury Road in Marlborough, showcases the unique characteristics of glacial soils. Harvested at 2:00 am to ensure optimal cool temperatures, the grapes are immediately pressed and inoculated.
