WINE DESCRIPTION
Adelsheim Quarter Mile Lane Vineyard Pinot Noir is produced using hand-picked grapes that were carefully sorted into a stainless-steel tank and partly de-stemmed before a short cold soak. Fermentation ensued after which the grapes were pressed then left to
settle before racking into barrel. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, a portion of which were new, for around 10 months prior to bottling.

The wine is long and balanced, with fine tannins and lively acidity that drives the complex and nuanced finish.
