Rooted in the robust, dry rosés of Bandol, it incorporates the skin contact structure reminiscent of the lush, Grenache-based Tavel. The name "Dianthus" draws inspiration from a flowering plant genus recognized for its vibrant pink blossoms, affectionately known to gardeners as "pinks." This rosé captures the essence of its heritage, offering a delightful blend of tradition and innovation.
