WINE DESCRIPTION
Ronchi di Cialla Ribolla Gialla is a unoaked expression crafted from estate-sourced grapes from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, in Northeast Italy. The grapes come from a handful of vineyards, with different elevations and orientations to create a range of fruit flavors to build complexity in the final wine. The grapes are harvested, crushed and undergo a short maceration before being fermented in stainless steel vats. Finally, the wines are aged on lees for around 3 months with regular stirring to enhance the texture and body prior to bottling.

Ronchi di Cialla Ribolla Gialla has a brilliant pale straw appearance.On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with floral notes and a touch of minerality. The flavors of citrus fruits continue to dominate, accompanied by hints of green apple and a subtle herbal undertone. The finish is clean and vibrant, leaving a pleasant and refreshing impression.
