WINE DESCRIPTION
Dario Coos Ribolla Gialla is a fresh, unoaked white from the Ribolla Gialla variety grown in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in Northeast Italy. The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity with aim of creating a varietally expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in direct contact with its lees (dead yeast) for at least 6 months in stainless steel tanks adding texture and body.

Dario Coos Ribolla Gialla displays a pale straw color with hints of green.The nose is vibrant and delicately aromatic, offering delicate notes of white flowers, along with citrusy aromas of lemon and grapefruit with hints of blanched almonds. On the palate, this wine showcases high racy acidity, which is well-balanced by a medium body. The flavors are well defined and layered, featuring a combination of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit pith, as well as a subtle mineral undertone.
