Founded in 1837, Champagne house De Venoge is one of Champagne's oldest and most prestigious producers. Established by Swiss native Mark Henry and his son Joseph as "de Venoge & Cie," the historic Maison is located in Epernay. De Venoge prioritizes a significant proportion of Pinot Noir in their cuvée production, contributing to the award-winning Champagne's smooth structure and elegant salmon-pink hue, achieved through extended skin contact during fermentation. The name Cordon Bleu pays homage to the ancient Order of the Holy Spirit, the most prestigious order of knights in the French monarchy, recognizable by the blue ribbon known as "Cordon Bleu."
