WINE DESCRIPTION

Luigi Einaudi I Filari Dogliani is made from Dolcetto grown predominantly south facing marly calcareous soils. The harvested grapes are fermented in steel and concrete tanks under temperature control and racked off after a few days to prevent over extraction. After completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes a period of aging of some months in inert vessel prior to release.
