WINE DESCRIPTION
Perinet Priorat is a premium wine produced by Perinet Winery in the Priorat appellation of Spain. The vineyards are located on steep slopes with unique soil composition, which imparts a distinct minerality to the wine. The winemaking process involves careful selection of grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah amongst others, with a deep ruby color and complex aromas of dark fruit, spices, and herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a long finish.

The tannins are ripe and balanced, adding structure to the finish, which is long and smooth. An excellent expression of Priorat, this is a full-bodied and well-structured wine, with a great depth of flavor.
