Atto, an unexpected gem from the Aglianico del Vulture region, embodies the essence of mountain wine. Crafted by Cantine del Notaio under the guidance of Professor Luigi Moio, this exceptional red wine defies expectations with its clarity, freshness, and resolute minerality. After a meticulous and selective manual harvest, a brief maceration process preserves Aglianico's tannins and freshness. Aging takes place in the remarkable underground cellar, carved into the volcanic soils of the area. Following a minimum of 12 months in used French oak barrels, Atto emerges as a youthful, approachable wine, simultaneously delicious and complete, with the wild Aglianico character elegantly tamed.
