Achillée Riesling

Achillée Riesling is praised for its bright, zesty, and vibrant character, with flavors of citrus, green apple, and apricot. It offers a dry, lively finish, making it a refreshing choice for summer. While some appreciate its textured and biodynamic qualities, others find it less drinkable due to its dense and unyielding nature. Overall, it pairs well with light dishes and is noted for its unique vinification process.

This Achillée Riesling presents a luminous pale straw hue, with a nose that unfurls layers of lime zest, white peach, and flinty minerality, hallmarking its Alsatian pedigree. The palate is a symphony of precision and balance, where vibrant acidity interplays with a core of ripe citrus and green apple, underscored by a subtle hint of wet stone. The wine's linear structure and purity of fruit are complemented by a whisper of honeysuckle on the lingering finish. A quintessential expression of terroir, this Riesling stands as a benchmark for those seeking elegance and finesse in Alsace whites.
