This Alsatian gem presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and a hint of honeysuckle, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it showcases a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, enveloping flavors of quince, Meyer lemon, and a whisper of almond. The finish is long and precise, with a saline edge that speaks to its terroir-driven origins.
