Voss Expert tasting note

This Trimbach Riesling Alsace Grand Cru offers a beautiful display of aromas: white peach, lime zest, and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, this wine is a perfect balance between ripe fruit flavors, mineral notes and a crisp acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with hints of citrus and a touch of honey. This is a great example of a traditional Alsace Riesling, full of character and complexity.

Trimbach Riesling Alsace is a premium white wine produced by the renowned Trimbach family in the Alsace region of France. The grapes are sourced from the family's own vineyards, which are located on the slopes of the Vosges Mountains. The winemaking process is traditional and focused on preserving the purity of the fruit, resulting in a dry and crisp wine with a bright acidity and a mineral-driven character. Trimbach Riesling Alsace is a classic expression of the region's terroir, showcasing the unique combination of cool climate, limestone soils, and a long growing season. This wine is a perfect match for seafood, shellfish, and spicy Asian cuisine.
