Matthew brings over three decades across Michelin-starred restaurants, buying, and wine education. He holds the WSET Diploma and is an Advanced Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers) and WSET Certified Educator who has built and taught accredited wine courses to thousands of students, combining a trained palate with a genuine love of teaching and talking food and wine. UK based but having grown up in Australia with American roots, he offers a perspective that bridges the Old World and the New — his European passions running to Alsace, the Northern Rhône, Bordeaux, and Champagne, alongside a natural feel for the wines of California, Australia, and New Zealand.
