The wine undergoes traditional mash fermentation with 30% whole grapes and is spontaneously fermented. It is aged for 12 months in a mix of new and old 300-liter oak barrels, resulting in a complex and refined profile. Unfiltered and vegan, the grapes are sourced from VDP-classified Erste and Große Lagen, highlighting the exceptional quality of the Württemberg terroir.
