Auslese
The nose is a vibrant tapestry of citrus and stone fruits, with a hint of sweetness and a delicate richness. However, the taste fails to translate, giving a lackluster experience. The liveliness is sharp and the mousse is light and airy, but ultimately, the follow through is fleeting and the altogether impression is one of mild disappointment. A pleasant summer drink, but perhaps not to be savored for an extended period.
