A delightful, affordable alternative to Cava, Limoux's fizz delivers a rich, gentle moment with a captivating nose of ripe pear, apricot, and peach. The mild nuance of ginger adds a warm, inviting quality, as the creamy grip and persistent mousse provide a luxurious feel. The midweek bubbleslutting sensation is a excellent value, with a smooth, rounded tail and a suggestion of butteriness. A satisfying, everyday drink that's perfect for a midweek pick-me-up.
