The 2018 Justin Boxler Jardin des Vignes is praised for its zesty and refreshing nature, featuring harmonious layers of grapefruit, green apple, and lemon. It offers a dry, bright structure with low mineral and lime notes. While some appreciate its silky and rounded finish, others may find the lasting impression only medium.
This Alsatian gem presents a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of white blossom, ripe pear, and a whisper of honeysuckle. On the palate, it offers a harmonious interplay of stone fruit and citrus zest, underscored by a mineral backbone that speaks to its terroir. The wine's medium body is elegantly structured, with a vibrant acidity that enhances its freshness and precision. A subtle hint of almond and a saline edge linger on the finish, showcasing its finesse and complexity. This wine exemplifies the quintessential balance and aromatic purity of Alsace, ideal for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
