Displaying a pale straw hue, this Bordeaux Blanc Sec captivates with its aromatic bouquet of white peach, gooseberry, and a whisper of elderflower, underscored by a subtle flintiness. On the palate, it reveals a precise and linear structure, with vibrant acidity that elegantly frames the core of citrus zest and green apple flavors. The mid-palate offers a delicate minerality, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with hints of saline and a touch of almond. This wine exemplifies the finesse and purity of Bordeaux's dry white style, making it a compelling choice for those seeking classic regional expression.
