This Bordeaux Blanc Sec reveals a luminous straw hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of ripe citrus, white peach, and subtle acacia blossom, underscored by a delicate hint of toasted almond from its barrel aging. On the palate, the wine exhibits a precise balance between its crisp acidity and a creamy texture, offering flavors of lemon curd and green apple with a whisper of vanilla. The finish is elegantly persistent, marked by a mineral-driven freshness. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity of Bordeaux's white varietals.

Château Vilatte's Bordeaux Blanc Sec 'Acacia' is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes grown in the renowned Bordeaux region. The vineyard benefits from a temperate maritime climate, which enhances the grapes' aromatic potential and preserves their natural acidity. This dry white wine undergoes fermentation in acacia barrels, imparting subtle floral and honeyed notes without overpowering the fruit character. The wine is designed to be enjoyed young, showcasing fresh citrus and stone fruit flavors, balanced by a crisp acidity and a smooth, rounded texture from the acacia barrel aging.
