Belle Pente Pinot Gris is a white wine produced by Belle Pente Vineyard and Winery, located in the Willamette Valley appellation of Oregon. After the harvest the grapes are pressed and macerated before fermentation to gain extra complexity and add body to the final wine. The winemaking process involves fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks, partly in wooden barrels to gain depth and perfect balance of fruity and oak flavors, followed by aging on the lees to enhance the wine's texture and complexity. The result is a concentrated and rather intense Pinot Gris with smooth texture and a medium body.

This white wine from Illahe is an Alsatian-style Pinot Gris, sourced from vineyards located in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. This wine is made from grapes that undergo gentle pressing directly after picking. The grapes are fermented in a combination of large neutral French oak casks and stainless steel to give both texture and brightness of fruit to the base wines before they are blended. The wine stays on the lees (dead yeast) throughout vinification process which further adds the texture and body of the wine.
