Tenuta Il Palagio Roxanne Bianco

Personal connection to the wine's origins is what sets it apart. I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Sting on several projects in the past. I've also had the pleasure of sharing a bottle with Trudie. This Vermentino is a perfect representation of its 100% Vermentino designation. Its bracing brightness and refreshing tail make it an excellent pairing for a variety of dishes, offering seafood and lighter fare. The wine's aroma is outlined by nuances of ripe citrus, yellow apples, apricot, and nuanced touches of smoke. On the palate, it displays nuances of lime, pineapple, white currant, and a touch of honey. Overall, this wine is an easy-drinking option that is sure to please.

The nose is a vibrant tapestry of peaches, pear, and apple compote, with citrus and anise adding a nuanced depth. The passionfruit nose is a beautiful and alluring aspect, while the garden fruit tree blossom adds a floral note. The profile is light to medium, with a well blended harmony of garden fruits, tropical fruits, and minerals, accompanied by a touch of honey and a gratifying tail that leaves the senses refreshed.
