The combination of green apples, citrus, and a undertone of oak creates a dimensional and engaging flavor profile.

Refreshing and easy going wine with a sweet and citrusy profile, making it an easy drink for those looking for a casual experience.

A faint bouquet of floral notes, with a clean and lean early stage, featuring subtle flavors of soft apricot and lemon zest. A notable mineral component adds a dry, sharp finish, suggestive of heavy shale and a note of fresh dill. Overall, a delightful but unremarkable wine.

What the web is saying

J. Mourat Collection Fiefs Vendéens Mareuil Blanc is praised for its refreshing citrus and green apple flavors, with hints of oak and minerality. While some enjoy its smooth, balanced finish, others find the aroma off-putting. The wine pairs well with spicy dishes and offers a vibrant, easy-drinking experience, though some vintages may lack freshness.

Voss Experts4.5

With pale green-gold hues, this wine opens with a delicate bouquet of wet stone and flinty undertones. Its lively palate is mineral, precise, and refreshing, with perfectly ripened fruit and a vibrant, lingering finish. Pair this elegant white with creamy scallops, river fish, seafood platters, curry dishes, or fresh goat cheese. It also complements shellfish and soft regional cheeses like Petit Nantais beautifully. A versatile wine for refined pairings.
