Guelbenzu Evo is a premium red wine produced by Bodegas Guelbenzu in the Navarra region of Spain. The wine is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Graciano grapes, sourced from the estate's vineyards which are situated at high altitudes and benefit from a continental climate. The winemaking process involves careful selection of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. The resulting wine is full-bodied, with a deep ruby color and aromas of black fruit, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with firm tannins and a long finish. Guelbenzu Evo is a wine that showcases the best of Navarra's terroir and winemaking expertise.
