Arjuno
Vibrant and lively combination of Meyer lemon rind and yellow pear, elevated by a deep and savory hint of salinity and sea rocks. while the Grillo varietal is often associated with a lighter, more elegant style, this particular pairing demonstrates a more substantial and bold character, with a refreshing tail that pairs well with a variety of aquatic-based dishes.
Azzuro
Crisp and bright wine with a dry lemon zest and a light umami note, balanced by a suggestion of orange pith and a clean finish.
Dana
Paired harmoniously with a refreshing endive salad, the tropical fruit's freshness and nuanced sweetness supported the dish's savory elements, though the salinity's seamless nuance enhanced the altogether experience, resulting in a truly delightful outcome.
