Ainem
Bright and lean white wine with a bright and zesty character, featuring a faint evenness of sweet and racy notes, bringing a pronounced honeysuckle flavor and a wisp of minerality, making it a delightful and accessible favorite for those looking to try something new and exciting.
Adilor
Lively and elegant wine with a mild stability of acidity and a understated whisper of sweetness, finishing with a velvety and balanced finish.
Karista Ruberte
Dimensional and interesting wine with a clear, dense lemon color and a clean, medium plus intensity of aromas that evoke the freshness of meter lemons, pine cones, chlorine, and flowers. The dry, light body and medium alcohol content add dimension and complexity to the wine, and yet the medium acid provides a bracing balance. The suggestions of lemon peel, pine sol, and lime zest are both intense and well-balanced, with a long finale that leaves a long impression.

Mary Taylor Clara Sala is praised for its bright, zesty character and balanced acidity. It features flavors of honeysuckle, peach, pear, and citrus, with a hint of minerality. While some find it lively and elegant, others appreciate its complexity and long finish. The wine is accessible and offers good value, though a few note a faint sweetness that may not appeal to everyone.
This Sicilian gem, Mary Taylor Clara Sala, presents a luminous straw-yellow hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose is an intricate bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of lush stone fruit flavors and a crisp, saline edge, reminiscent of a coastal breeze. The wine's medium body is complemented by a lively acidity that carries through to a clean, lingering finish. This expression is a quintessential representation of Sicilian terroir, offering both elegance and depth.
