At the end of the 19th century, Fabio's grandfather, Rosario Sireci, purchased Feudo Montoni. Centuries earlier, in 1595, Andrea Bacci, agronomist and physician to Pope Sixtus V, praised the viticultural tradition and wine quality of these lands in *De Naturali Vinorum Historia*. The estate is located in Cammarata, Agrigento, Sicily, Italy, where old vines of Perricone, Nero d'Avola, and Catarratto were found. Its wines have been certified organic since 2013, and manual pruning and manual harvesting are practiced. Production focuses on single-varietal wines with spontaneous fermentations and traditional manual punch-downs for reds. Cellar interventions are kept to a minimum by utilizing gravity, winter cold, and mountain coolness, while the use of wood is limited, and natural timing is respected for stabilization and clarification.
On VinoVoss, Feudo Montoni has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 128 ratings.
