The 2020 vintage pear and brioche combination is a jarring experience, with an overbearing whiteboard quality that clashes with the sweetness of the pear. A disappointing pairing for those hunting a well blended union.
Circe
Refreshing and fruity wine with a delicate nose, featuring accents of white peach and unripe stone fruit, polished by a saline edge and coconut. The texture is bright and refreshing, with a captivating mouthfeel, highlighting a seamless blend of white peach and green apple. The aftertaste is short and clean, making it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes. However, the wine's refined nature makes it prone to oxidation, and it's recommended to consume it in one sitting to fully appreciate its nuances. It's a stellar highlight for those who enjoy a light and lean wine.

The 2020 Domaine Rouge-Bleu Dentelle Blanc offers a refreshing and fruity profile with notes of white peach, green apple, and a saline edge. While some appreciate its bright texture and clean finish, others find the pear and brioche combination jarring. It is best consumed in one sitting to avoid oxidation, appealing to those who prefer a light wine.
This radiant white blend from the Southern Rhône Valley showcases a pale straw hue with a glint of green. The nose is a harmonious bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a hint of wet stone minerality, indicative of its terroir-driven character. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with a vibrant acidity that elegantly lifts the flavors of ripe pear and citrus zest. The finish is long and nuanced, with a whisper of almond and a saline edge, marking it as a quintessential expression of Rhône whites, perfect for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
