Wine Expert Note:

Pitasso is a single voneyard expression of a native Italian grape variety Timorasso. The green hued color gives was to a aromatic nose of linden and white blossoms. The palate is full and rich with an oily texture, which is finely balanced by acidity and a rounded, leesy mouthfeel. The moderate mineral driven finish ends dry. This is a good match for many vegeterian starter dishes like spinach and feta pire. Drink within 5 years of vintage.
