Château Pierre-Bise Le Haut de la Garde Anjou is a Chenin Blanc praised for its vibrant citrus, lemon zest, and stone fruit flavors, with honey and floral notes. It offers a balanced acidity and a smooth, dry finish. While some appreciate its complexity and minerality, others note a slight bitterness and imbalance. The wine pairs well with fresh dishes and has a satisfying, long finish.
This Anjou red presents a deep garnet hue, inviting exploration into its layered aromatic profile. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of ripe black cherries, crushed violets, and a hint of earthy minerality, underscored by subtle notes of cedar and dried herbs. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that elevates the dark fruit core.
