Gios
Fleeting effervescence accompanies scents of toasted bread and a mineral trace (but the bread aromas do not linger on the palate). \n\nA brisk mix of citrus fruits, watermelon, and some lemon zest bursts forth in the initial sip, with accents of cherry along the periphery. The cherry gradually intensifies as it warms, yet remains subtly behind the citrus presence. A vegetal note and minerals follow, though the latter is somewhat jarring but not overly pronounced. Overall, the wine shows a decent balance, with a slightly improved harmony.
