Paolo and Luisella started the Paolo Manzone winery in 1999. Paolo worked for many years as an oenological consultant, while the house and vineyards in Cru Meriame of Serralunga have belonged to Luisella's family for generations.

Located in Serralunga between the Baudana and Lazzarito crus, the estate is situated in a south/south-west amphitheater facing Castiglione Falletto, entirely within the Meriame cru. All vineyard operations, including harvesting, are conducted by hand. Grape clusters are harvested in small 20 kg crates and are manually selected both in the vineyard and on a conveyor belt in the cellar. Fermentation is carried out slowly and gently in steel tanks, and its wines include Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba, and Barolo.
On VinoVoss, Paolo Manzone has 5 wines in stock: 5 red. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 80 ratings.
