Txomin Etxaniz Blanco is a white wine from D.O. Getariako-Txakolina produced by Bodega Txomin Etxaniz, situated in Getaria (Guipúzcoa). This D.O. has protected Txacolí wines, a type of white wine made from the native varieties Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza, since 1989. Txomin Etxaniz Blanco is crafted from the indigenous grape varieties Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza, sourced from both trellised and hanging vines. The winemaking process involves late harvesting in 20 kg crates at the end of September. After the grapes arrive at the winery, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and rests on its lees until the moment of bottling.
