WINE DESCRIPTION
The White Knight Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing, pure, unoaked and varietally-expressive dry white hailing from Lodi. After harvesting and pressing the grapes, the wine is fermented in inert vessels to retain fruit purity and the delicate aromatics. The wine is aged for a short period in inert vessels prior to release as the winemaker is seeking to retain vibrancy of fruit without imparting oak spice or masking the pure varietal character.

A well-balanced and refreshing expression of the varietal, this Sauvignon Blanc is easy-drinking and extremely versatile.
