WINE DESCRIPTION
Sunstone EROS is a blend of hand harvested Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from the Estate vineyard. The fruit is crushed and fermented before being blended and racked to barrel. The wines is matured in a proportion of new oak to impart sweet spice character to complement the rich dark fruit flavors.

Sunstone EROS has notes of ripe cassis, blackberries, dark cherries, and a hint of vanilla.The palate is rich and velvety, with luscious flavors of blackcurrants, plums, and a touch of spice. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving you with a lingering impression of dark fruits and a subtle hint of oak.
