Northwest of Dittelsheim, at elevations up to 200m, lies the south-facing Leckerberg vineyard. The soil is characterized by multiple layers of limestone. Our nearly 60-year-old Riesling vines are deeply rooted in the stoniest part of this vineyard, producing Grand Cru wines with a taut structure and gripping minerality. This Riesling pairs exceptionally well with fish dishes such as cod or sashimi of salmon or tuna, enhancing the flavors and providing a memorable dining experience.
