Soraighe Lugana is a refreshing, unoaked white wine crafted from the Trebbiano di Lugana variety, grown in hilly vineyards on the south-eastern side of Lake Garda. Grapes are hand harvested before being delicately pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic qualities of Trebbiano di Lugana. The wine undergoes a short period of aging in inert vessel prior to its release.
