Muses Estate 9 White is an Assyrtiko dominated white blend that showcases the freshness and fruit-forward nature of Greece's modern styles of wine. Grapes are planted on fertile soils composed of sandy loam to clay loam. Whilst the summers are warm, a small river called Permisos helps to moderate against extreme temperatures to help retain acidity and keep freshness in the wines. The wines are vinified and aged in inert vessel with the aim of producing lively and refreshing wines that exhibit bright fruit flavors without being masked by oak flavors.
