Fayo

Plums are a voluptuous and opulent fruit, bursting with dark, juicy goodness.

Bratislav

Wine of alluring simplicity, crafted with meticulous care in a methodical and organic approach, yielding a bold and full-bodied experience with a bold yet balanced texture. The fruit-forward profile is balanced by gentle undertones of woody whispers and a smoky undertone, at the same time a lingering close is tempered by a firm tannic structure. Upon initial encounter, the wine may not have impressed, but subsequent exposure to refrigeration and a period of maturation has imbued it with a new level of substance and complexity. The anticipation for further aging is palpable.

Yunier

Intense and complex wine with a deep, velvety texture, its plum and blackcurrent accents are expertly seamless by a elegant wisp of musk, leaving a dry aftertaste that trails pleasantly. It's a solid, middle-of-the-road recommendation that won't disappoint, but may not specifically stand out from the crowd.
