Khalei Obdam
Bracing and bracing wine with a bright acidity that cuts through robust and savory flavors. Its medium length finish leaves a comforting impression, as the nose of straw and strawberry notes provide a fruity and amiable character. The addition of light color from skin contact adds a light nuance, making it a great pairing for strong cheeses and charcuterie. The wine's lovely rose adds a touch of elegance, making it a delightful accompaniment to a variety of dishes.
Appa

Maison Noir New Noir is praised for its bright acidity and fruity character, with notes of straw, strawberry, orange blossom, and peach. While some appreciate its bracing quality and medium finish, others highlight its rich, textured profile with honey and mellow tannins. The wine's light color and rose nuance make it versatile for pairing with strong cheeses and charcuterie.
Maison Noir New Noir presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfurls with layers of ripe black cherry, cassis, and a subtle hint of graphite, underscored by a whisper of violet. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, showcasing a harmonious interplay of velvety tannins and vibrant acidity, which provides a backbone to the lush fruit core. The mid-palate reveals a savory complexity with notes of dark chocolate and a touch of earthy minerality. The finish is long and elegant, echoing the wine's refined structure and hinting at its aging potential. This is a quintessential expression of modern New World Pinot Noir, balancing power with finesse.
