This vibrant white blend from the Rhône Valley exudes a pale straw hue, revealing an aromatic bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone minerality. On the palate, it unfolds with a lively, medium-bodied texture, balanced by crisp acidity that accentuates its citrus and green apple core. The wine's subtle salinity and a hint of almond skin add depth, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Isle Saint Pierre Blanc is a quintessential expression of its terroir, offering a harmonious interplay of fruit and minerality, ideal for immediate enjoyment or pairing with light seafood dishes.
