Gosset Celebris Brut Aÿ Champagne is crafted in the renowned village of Aÿ, located in the heart of the Champagne region. This non-vintage blend is composed primarily of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The wine undergoes extended aging on the lees, enhancing its complexity and depth. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, fruit-forward character. The resulting Champagne is dry, with a fine mousse and vibrant acidity, showcasing notes of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of brioche, making it an elegant choice for celebratory occasions.
