Giuseppe Cortese Barbaresco is praised for its sophisticated and polished profile, with rich red fruit flavors like cherry and strawberry, complemented by hints of forest floor, oak, and floral notes. While some appreciate its lively freshness and silky tannins, others find the tannins chalky and requiring aging. Its elegant structure and complex aromas make it a delightful choice for pairing with roasted dishes.
